Time Record

Time and Attendance Registration is a system that enables electronic recording of employees' entries and exits. The main elements of the system are a working time recorder (a device enabling the registration of entries and exits) as well as software, in which data is processed enabling the creation of reports and working time settlement. The Time and Attendance Registration systems can consist of a variety of elements depending on the expectations of country’s functionality.

The most widespread systems are based on readers and recorders for proximity cards. Moreover, Biometric Systems are the most advanced technologies, that use individual human characteristics, such as fingerprint and image of the retina. The uniqueness of these features allows for quick and reliable (> 99%) verification of controlled persons. The essence of operation of biometric systems can be based, for example, on comparing the fingerprint of a checked person with a pattern stored in a database.

The fingerprint is scanned, and the resulting image is converted into a digital code, upon which the person is verified. Modern Time and Attendance Registration systems allow integration of work time control with corporate HR and payroll systems.
